Lead: Service Manager
SERKO is Australasia's premier Travel technology provider and

We are actively seeking an experienced Service Manager to join
our service team.
You will be responsible for management of our Support, Test and
Configuration teams. The role will encompass regular customer
contact ensuring that service and quality standards are maintained,
while building strong and open customer relationships. All tasks
will focus ultimately on customer service delivery, with an
emphasis on enhancing our clients experience with us.
You'll be a self-motivated, hungry, goal oriented professional,
with a proven record of building and maintaining strong business
relationships and the ability to effectively manage multiple
teams. You will naturally have a superb customer focus,
a curiosity to resolve our customer queries and be able to
confidently manage expectations - as well as internal relationships
to get what you need!
It goes without saying that you will have outstanding
communication and interpersonal skills as well as a commitment to
excellence and proactive attitude to be a key member of the team,
providing services at the highest possible standard. Ideally
you will have a minimum of 4 years experience in the corporate
travel or service industry.
